The Three Counties Cider and Perry Association:
The "Three Counties Cider and Perry Association" was founded in 1993 by a group of practical cider makers who came together at the cider and perry trials run by the The Big Apple at Putley in Herefordshire. Their intention was to improve the image and quality of Farmhouse Cider and Perry.
Slow Food Ludlow:
It organises a variety of events such as tastings, dinners with a particular theme, and visits to places of food and drink interest. It collects information about regional food and drink, whether it be good shops or restaurants, or food and drink products under threat
